For our 2008 sponsorship programme we have decided to invest at the ‘grass roots level’ of the sport, in order to help young British riders achieve their full potential.
This idea has been very successful in the USA for years and we felt the time was right to try this idea out in the UK and invest in the amateur support side of the sport.

This is how it works.
We are looking for 2 riders who will receive full sponsorship for their riding equipment and graphics during 2008; this includes helmet, boots and all necessary branded clothing.
We will then look for a further 25 riders that will be able to obtain products from our brands at substantial savings over retail prices. We hope this will give all the brands involved a much higher profile on the track which should result in better sales in stores at local level.

We will be looking for riders who not only are successful at their respective level, be it schoolboy or adult AMCA, but who will be good ambassadors for the brands involved.
Rob Fairburn (Marketing Manager at Feridax) and Rob Walters (MOTO magazine, Doc Wob Imports and “Global athlete service manager” for Smith Optics) overseeing the program. Rob Walters has over 20 year’s involvement in the sport every level enabling him to select and manage the riders we take on board.
