You may cancel an order at any point up to the time it is dispatched from our warehouse and we will refund your money. If you are not happy with the goods you purchased or the service you have received, please contact us and we will gladly resolve your problem.
We undertake to accept product returns with a no quibble guarantee up to 14 days after you have received them - just contact us beforehand to let us know that you are returning goods to us. Please note however that you must bear any return carriage costs.
